職位描述:
1. Daily admin support to GE ACE management team based in Shanghai, more than 2 years of relevant work experience as an administrative assistant, and work experience in a foreign company is preferred.
對GE航空航天中國工程團(tuán)隊日常管理支持, 2年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗,有外企工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。
2. Organizing and arranging meetings: Responsible for organizing and arranging internal and external meetings, including booking meeting rooms, sending meeting invitations, and connect with suppliers. provide admin support to internal visitors and external guests.
組織和安排會議:負(fù)責(zé)組織和安排團(tuán)隊內(nèi)部和外部會議,包括預(yù)訂會議室、發(fā)送會議邀請、與供應(yīng)商的對接等。為內(nèi)外部訪客提供支持。
3. Facility and space preparation and management for new staff.
新員工設(shè)施和空間準(zhǔn)備,管理。
4. Providing administrative support to team leaders and employees, including, but limited to scheduling, travel booking, meeting administrative support, invoice reimbursement.
為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)提供行政支持,包括但不限于行程安排、差旅預(yù)訂、會議行政支持,差旅發(fā)票報銷等;
5. Office equipment and supplies management: Responsible for the procurement (such as office supplies, headset etc.), maintenance, and inventory managements of office equipment, ensuring an adequate supply.
辦公設(shè)備管理:負(fù)責(zé)辦公設(shè)備的采購(例如辦公用品,耳機(jī))、維護(hù)和庫存管理,確保辦公用品充足。
6. Vendor management: Communicating and coordinating with vendors, following up on purchase orders, invoices, etc.
供應(yīng)商管理:負(fù)責(zé)與供應(yīng)商的溝通和協(xié)調(diào),跟進(jìn)采購訂單、發(fā)票等。
7. courier management: Responsible for the receipt, distribution, and sending of internal and external mail and courier.
快遞管理:負(fù)責(zé)公司內(nèi)部和外部郵件和快遞的接收、分發(fā)和寄送。
8. Organize and plan the daily team engagement.
團(tuán)隊日常活動組織和策劃。
9. Other administrative work: Carrying out other tasks related to administrative work as required by the Leadership.
其他行政工作:根據(jù)公司需要,執(zhí)行其他與行政工作相關(guān)的任務(wù)。

needs to have good organizational and coordination skills.
具備良好的組織和協(xié)調(diào)能力。
be familiar with office software (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook…).

Be self-motivated and independent with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

English can be used as a working language.
